The Federation Membership Council works on strategic management, financial and project planning and financial reconciliation. Each national association which is a member of the International Federation for the ECG sends one delegate. The weight of each delegates vote is connected to the number of member of their national association.

The ECG Management Team consists of Federation Management Team (FMT) and International Coordination Team (ICT). It is responsible for the Operational Management, the execution of Delegates Assembly decisions and coordination of the ECG Movement.

Each Local Chapter sends one delegate to the International Delegates Assembly
